Guide to shopping with us

Once you have searched through our site www.bayattic.co.uk, and found something you wish to purchase, making that purchase could not be simpler. Just click the item you wish to buy and complete the necessary fields as required (For example, including the quantity, event, date and time) and then add the item to your cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. The item will then appear in your shopping cart.

In the shopping cart view you can see the item you wish to buy, have the option to delete items from your cart, continue shopping or “Check Out”.

When you are ready to “Check Out” you will be required to “Log In” if you have not already done so, or “Register” if you have never shopped with the Bay Attic before.

After completing your Registration information, you will be sent an email to the email address you specified on the registration form. This email contains your “Username” and Password” and a link to activate your account and return to our site.

Once back at our site click on “My Cart”, and click the “Check Out” button. Enter the “Username” and “Password” from the email we sent you and complete your shipping details, click next and then enter your payment details to our secure payment provider PayPal.

You will receive a confirmation email from us at the Bay Attic confirming your order and an email from Paypal confirming payment.
