Do you ship Worldwide ?

Yes. If your location does not appear on our shipping drop down list at checkout please email us, and we will check with our carrier for delivery and cost.

What are my delivery options ?

UK Delivery. Where possible we use a tracked service for all UK orders. This service is a next day service from date of order dispatch. If your order falls outside an area covered by our carrier network, we will send your order by 1st Class Royal Mail.

European and International delivery options to choose from are Royal Mail International Standard (formerly Airmail) and Courier.

What is a Giclée Print ?

A Giclée is a high quality reproduction using archival quality inks and papers. The prints are very detailed and retain a great faithfulness to the original.

What papers and inks do you uses to print your Giclées ?

We print our Giclées on 310gsm high quality etching paper and the inks used are archival quality pigments with an estimated lifespan of over 50 years.

What is an Open Edition Giclée ?

Open Edition Giclées are unlimited in number.

What is a Limited Edition Giclée ?

Limited Edition Giclées are restricted in number and are always individually signed & numbered by the artist. They may also have a Certifcate of Authenticity.

Do you sell original artists paintings ?

Yes, we have a selection of original art.

Are all your prints available for framing ?

If we are able to supply the print you are looking for framed, the option will be available on the item Product Page.

If I buy a Framed print can you send it overseas ?

It is possible to send Framed items abroad, but we recommend buying the print and getting it framed at your local gallery or high street framer, to avoid any breakages in transit.

If I want to return my purchase what do I do ?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for peace of mind if you need to return a purchase. Please see our website for conditions and more information.

How should I return my purchase ?

Please return your items in the packaging supplied with your completed returns form to the address on our website. We recommend using a traceable delivery service from a reputable carrier company.

When will I get my money back ?

We will email you to confirm your refund. Generally the refund will be done within 10 working days but please allow up to 28 days.
